ABC smoothie is a powerful detox smoothie with the goodness of Apples, Beetroots and Carrot. Apple is rich in Vitamin E, polyphenols, bio active contents, and antioxidants. Beetroot is rich in Vit B9 and Folate. It also contains nitric oxide which increases bloof flow to your muscles. It contains beta carotene which aids the body in digestion and absorption of votamin A. It is useful for healthy vision, weightloss and improving immunity.

Ingredients
  

  • Apple
  • Beetroot
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional
  • 1 tsp Grater ginger Optional
  • A pinch Salt Optional

Method
 

  1. Peel and chop the apple, beetroot and carrot. Blend then in a mixer. Add honey and grated ginger and blend again. Add a pinch of salt. Your smoothie is ready. Transferit to a glass/mug and serve fresh.
