Golden Glow Smoothie

It is a colorful, tasty and creamy smoothie rich in Vitamin C and Beta Carotene. It boosts the immune system and energy levels.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Orange/Musambi deseeded
  • 1 Papaya chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Ginger grated

Instructions
 

  • Peel, de-seed and chop the papaya and grate the carrot. Peel and de seed the orange.
  • Blend them in a mixer along with turmeric powder and ginger. Your smoothie is ready. Transfer it to a smoothie glass/mug and serve fresh.
