A change in your diet constitution can help you manage your health and moon. The following simple diet changes can be effective.

Diet detox

Ginger pickle
You can try ginger pickle half n hour before a meal. Take a jam bottle fill one forth with grated ginger and fill it with lemon water. Half an hour before a meal take it with honey and a pinch of salt.

Digestive tea to eat during the meal
Add 2 tsp cardamom seeds and two teaspoons of fennel seeds to one little boiling water. Sip this during meals. Don’t drink a large amount.

Post-digestive tea to eat after a meal
2 Cups of boiling water + 1 tsp each of coriander, fennel, and cumin seed. Drink it half an hour after a meal. Don’t drink water for half n hour before and after the meal. Drink lots of water.

The mix nuts and seeds that you have bought and kept in a container. Have this handy and take a crunch whenever you feel like snacking. (PS: have this in moderation if you have kidney stones)

Night detox

Boil water with a small piece of cinnamon stick, and a few fennel seeds (optional: carrom seeds). Boil it thoroughly. Once it starts cooling down, add a teaspoon of chia seeds and leave it for half n hour. Drink it before you go to bed. This addresses the fire element of nature.
