We are halfway through the 21-day journey. The coming days are crucial as the effect depends on how well you are following the steps given in the previous days

Even if you cannot follow them daily, it’s fine. Whenever you find the time, you can do asthi granthi, Reflexology, journaling, positive affirmations, etc

Spending time with nature can be done daily, even with an indoor plant. The cold shower is just the first cup of water, so it doesn’t take time. The same goes for aromatherapy and detox.
