Have your dinner before 7.30 if possible and have a 14 – 16 hour window before eating breakfast. You can have a coffee in the morning if you need to.
Avoid White sugar
You can have jaggery powder or stevia instead.
Brown sugar is not as good as they say.
Avoid Maida, use whole wheat flour instead
Avoid White rice, have unpolished rice or the nadan kuthari choru
Cut down on salt unless you have low BP.
