The workout sessions will be there from Monday to Thursday

Two timings

5 am – 6 am

8 am – 9 am

You can choose your convenient timing

Day wise exercise

Monday – Yoga

Tuesday – Weights and Cardio

Wednesday – Pilates

Thursday – Resistance training and cardio

(30 minutes)

Every day

1. Various types of meditation – Relaxing, chakra, progressive relaxation, love and kindness etc

(10 min)

2. Face Yoga (10 min)

3. Breathing exercises – Different types of breath work exercise to relax, manage stress, clear your nasal passages etc (10 min)

Total 1 hour.

If you have any health conditions, we will give you modificationS accordingly.
